No more than eight persons may occupy the cabin at any time.
"It is a misdemeanor for a lodging to be occupied by more than the registered number of guests". Violation of this provision of law will result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit and possible prosecution of the offense.

Final rent payment is due 21 days prior to occupancy.

Missing items or unusual cleaning requirements will be deducted from deposit refund.
$50.00 cancellation fee applies on cancellations up to 21 days before occupancy date. For Holiday Periods, $1.00/day for each day off the market will be added to the cancellation fee.
No refunds on cancellations within 21 days of occupancy date.
Refunds are made check or PayPal. For refunds credited back to your card, add $10.00 to cancellation fee.
