1. Introduction: At VRO, we value intellectual property (IP) rights and are committed to respecting the rights of creators, innovators, and owners of intellectual property. This IP Policy outlines our approach to intellectual property matters within our vacation rentals marketplace.
2. Ownership of Content: All content uploaded, posted, or shared on VRO remains the property of the respective users or content creators, including but not limited to property listings, descriptions, images, videos, and reviews.
3. Prohibited Content: Users are prohibited from uploading, posting, or sharing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes but is not limited to copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or any other proprietary information without proper authorization or license.

License to VacationRentalsOnline.Com: By uploading, posting, or sharing content on VRO Marketplace, users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the vacation rentals marketplace.
8. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless www.vacationrentalsonline.com and its parent company Express Travel Vacations LLC affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to their breach of this IP Policy or infringement of intellectual property rights.
