Entering the main building, you'll find a cozy screened porch leading to a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, living room, and half-bathroom on the main floor. The second floor features two king bedrooms with spacious walk-in closets, split unit air conditioners, ensuite bathrooms, and breathtaking ocean views. A few steps up is the rooftop deck, perfect for relaxing under the stars, practicing yoga, enjoying drinks, or watching the sunrise over Long Bay.

To the right of the large courtyard and pergola is a guest house with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. To the left, a second guest house offers two large suites sharing a central bathroom. Both guest houses have secure access to the courtyard and pool deck. The large kidney-shaped pool is ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach or lounging around. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower and a laundry room. The villa is less than 10 minutes from the local gourmet Graceway grocery store.
